1-year warranty

Every Opal & Ridge piece is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date it ships. The warranty applies to the original purchaser.

• Lift mechanism. If it fails under normal use within the year, we replace the whole mechanism.
• Cabinet, lid, and hardware. We repair or replace the affected part.
• Replacement parts ship at no cost. Whether to repair or replace is our call.

• Damage in transit. This is handled under Delivery and must be noted on the delivery paperwork.
• Accidents, alterations, misuse, exposure to smoke or weather, and normal wear.
• Anything caused by installing or operating the cabinet other than as instructed.
• The television and soundbar.
• The cost of removing or installing a replacement part, or any loss that follows from a defect.

Write to hello@opalandridge.com with your order number, the date of purchase, and a photo or video of the issue. Parts returned as defective are tested. If a part tests as working, a 10% restocking fee applies.
