90-day returns

Live with Ovation for ninety days from the day it arrives. If it is not right for the room, or you change your mind, return it for a full refund. No reason required.

The cabinet must be returned as it arrived: with the remote, mounting hardware, and all accessories, free of scratches, dents, or damage caused after delivery, and packed in the original or an equivalent crate. Damage in transit on the way to you is our responsibility, provided it was noted on the delivery paperwork and reported within 14 days.

Return shipping is at your cost. We arrange the collection and send packing instructions. Once the cabinet is back and inspected, the full amount you paid, including delivery, is refunded within ten business days. If the cabinet comes back damaged, incomplete, or poorly packed, we may deduct the cost of putting it right.

Orders with custom artwork are not eligible for return.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, or once an order has shipped, it falls under the 90-day return terms above. Orders with custom artwork cannot be cancelled once placed, as the print is made to your file.
