A soundbar up to 4.5 in deep mounts below the screen and rises with it. Streaming boxes and other equipment sit on the floor of the cabinet, below the lift. Cables exit through the back and the base.

Yes. It sits inside the cabinet with the other equipment. Because the cabinet closes around it, the box cannot see your remote, so you will need an IR repeater, a small sensor that picks up the remote signal and passes it inside. We do not include one, since most people now use a streaming device that works without it. If you do need one, we recommend the BAFX Products all-in-one IR repeater, available on Amazon. It powers from the television, sticks in place, and takes about five minutes.

The shipping box comes off outside your home, so what comes through the door is the cabinet itself: 52.5 in wide, 44 in tall, 12 in deep for the 55; 62.5 in wide, 44 in tall, 12 in deep for the 65. The delivery crew confirms access when they call to schedule.

Yes. Every Ovation connects to the Tuya Smart app, free on the App Store and Google Play. You can raise, lower, stop, and save three positions from your phone. A remote is also included and works from up to 30 feet.

Download Tuya Smart, create an account, tap Add Device, choose Motorized TV Solution, and connect to your home Wi-Fi. It takes about a minute. Full instructions are in the printed guide that arrives with Ovation.

Yes. One account pairs to the cabinet. That person invites others through the Home feature in the app, and they control it from their own phones.

Yes. Link the Tuya app to Amazon Alexa or Google Home from inside the app. Then say “Alexa, set Ovation to up,” “to down,” or “to home.” Google Home uses the same commands.

Use the app. There is no button on the lift itself, so set the app up when Ovation arrives. Replacement remotes are available; write to us.

A low hum. You can talk over it.

The lift stops and beeps if it meets an obstruction. Clear the top and press again.

The television stays where it is until power returns.

Yes, up to 10 pounds, when the television is down. Clear the top before raising it.

White glove delivery into your room is included on every order. Television and soundbar installation is a $299 option when you configure your Ovation: the crew mounts your television and soundbar to the lift and tests it before leaving. Without it, the printed guide walks you through mounting. Plan on about an hour with two people. The guide is also on the Support page.

Orders typically ship within 7 to 14 days. Delivery is included in the price.

Inspect it with the crew and write any damage on the delivery paperwork before you sign. Report it to us within 14 days and we repair or replace it. Damage not noted on the paperwork is not covered.
